With over 140 deals under his belt, Mr. Brennan is an industry veteran with a strong record of results-driven business execution and deal making, which includes twenty years of experience in strategy, corporate/business development, sales and marketing management, international business while deploying software, services and devices.

Jim has successfully led two healthcare turn-around projects; founded several companies; led the acquisition or sale of numerous healthcare companies; managed healthcare teams, which successfully delivered more than 400 healthcare IT projects; led over 200 people in the U.S. Air Force; launched several mobile computing products; currently sits on two boards and has been awarded a U.S. Patent.

Mr. Brennan has earned a Masters of Business Administration (Finance) degree from New York University and a Bachelors of Science (Electrical Engineering) degree at Cornell University. Jim is a member of HIMSS, HFMA and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
