Experienced in all aspects of sell-side and buy-side transactions, including the preparation of documentation, preparation of client material for management meetings, the management of due diligence and the identification of acquisition targets in accordance with strategic goals.

2008 - DeSilva+Phillips, Summer Associate.  As the only intern on M&A transactions with senior partners, prepared materials for and participated in management presentations and document preparation for sell-side clients.

2007 - EBSCO Industries, Inc., Intern.  Worked with management of this active media dealmaker to undertake market research to identify opportunities for EBSCO's ongoing strategic acquisition strategy, and to monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies.
